Honest Review! Girl eats according to “Megan’s” recipe. The menu is surprisingly delicious. After trying it for just 1 week, her body really changed.
Review of trying to eat according to “Meghan Markle’s” recipe. The menu is surprisingly delicious. In just 1 week, the results are better health!

Meghan Markle has created a buzz after releasing the first trailer for her upcoming lifestyle show “With Love,” which will premiere on Netflix on March 4. The show will see Meghan spend time in places like her kitchen, garden and beehive, as well as prepare her meals and share her tips.
As the launch date approaches, and with the anticipation growing, attention is turning to Meghan’s culinary skills, and one writer from Surrey Live decided to try her hand at the dish, saying: “I ate Meghan Markle’s food for a week and was amazed at the results.”
The food experiment was inspired by Meghan’s time before she married Prince Harry and achieved royal status while working in the entertainment industry. Meghan used to have a lifestyle blog called The Tig, where she often shared recipes with her followers.
Breakfast:
Megan usually starts her day with warm lemon water, but the author says she couldn’t do that because she needed coffee. So the first thing she tried was an “acai bowl,” which Megan shared with blogger Athena Calderone. It uses bee pollen, which adds a delicious flavor and is a great way to start the day. It can be a bit pricey, though.
After that, she tried Megan’s favorite oatmeal recipe, which consists of finely ground oats, bananas, and agave syrup, which she initially felt was not the right choice for her, but found that it tasted even better with blueberries and apples!
Lunch :
Megan’s lunch menu often features avocado, kale, and quinoa, so the first dish she tried was an avocado egg bagel, which Megan shared on The Tig and raved about how delicious it was, to the point where she thought she would definitely make it again in the เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา future.
The second dish was avocado toast topped with crushed red pepper, an ingredient that Meghan often uses in her cooking. Finally, the third dish was sautéed vegetables with quinoa, which Meghan has mentioned eating a lot while filming Suits.
Snacks :
Megan loves healthy snacks like apple slices with peanut butter and avocado dip, which Megan loves to dip into with hummus. The Together: Our Community Cookbook recipe collection has recipes for these snacks.
Including kale chips, a snack made from kale leaves, which she shared with Today.com in 2012. Even the author admitted that after trying making kale chips and eating them with Megan’s favorite avocado sauce, it became her favorite afternoon snack.
Dinner :
The dinner menu that I tried with Megan was very diverse, such as the very delicious sweet potato and white bean soup and the pasta croquettes with sauce that Megan liked. Although it didn’t look very appealing, the taste was not bad at all.
- Broccoli and hemp seed soup, which eventually became a curry, but tasted surprisingly good.
- The pasta croquettes with sauce, which Megan once called “filthy, sexy mush,” were delicious even though they didn’t look very appealing.
- This sweet potato and white bean soup that Megan posted on The Tig is so delicious and has become a favorite of ours this week.
- Tacos Megan loves tacos and has been sharing recipes, including trying out “vegan tacos” but the results weren’t as good as expected.
And then on the weekend, I went to a local place for “veggie sushi.” Which is one of Megan’s favorite foods, and on Sunday I had “french fries,” which Megan calls her “guilty dessert.”
Ultimately, the author concludes that throughout the week she was pleasantly surprised that following Megan’s diet was fun, and actually easier than she thought (once she had all the ingredients). Most importantly, there were many delicious, filling, and healthy recipes compared to her usual diet.
While she won’t be able to follow Megan’s diet forever. There are definitely some recipes she will incorporate into her own meal plans in the future.
